Old stuff

This is one of a series of the conflict_ quarreling
1995-6
I drew this series during one year.

I don’t know with whom I quarreled at that time.
Maybe, I quarreled with myself and with persons who were in me about religion, worth, thought and even love at that time.
This was because I was an undergraduate student.

I don’t want to quarrel anymore.

However, still people are quarreling in front of the death.

All we do is to cherish the memory of him and his whole life with his will against the authority, and ethics, and the prejudice, and the false attitudes cased by materialism in Koreans society.

May 23 2009_ Two historical events.

1.
My boy got two vaccinations.
He cried at the moment but a few minutes later he said to me “I’m OK already.”
I feel proud of him, because I’m mom.

2.
The ex-president, Mr. Roh, jumped to the death.
When I was in high school, he became a star in a hearing.
I was a big fan at that time: everyone might remember him how he was great.
He always had been against the military government and the dirty and the dark in the society.

However, as soon as he became a president, his awkward oratorical skill made me disappointed a lot. As well, his economic policy let all Korean fall in extreme distress: Of course, his education policy also let all students and parents fall in the chaos.
We were really disappointed at him as much as we expected his policy as a big star in the hearing.
In his bribery case, because he had pretended to be clean a lot in his president government, so many Koreans could not help calling him “a fox in lamb’s skin.”
The death might let the investigation stop.

However, we are accepting our sincere condolences.

About my boy

I'm in here, Korea right now.
As soon as I came back to my country, I had attended with my son at an academy to play together during several months one hour a week.
I have only one boy. My son is 35 months old right now. At that time in the picture, he was 28 months old.
She is a classmate.

I don't guess he loved her, but it was true he cared of her.
Whenever he saw the girl, he got a tension and pretended to be a brother.
Even though he pushed some little girls around, he didn't tease or push her never.
However, I changed the institution in this year and He couldn't see her anymore.

I guess he still doesn't find any girl who he can treat as much as he does to her.
